Stones Jewellery Warranty Policy

Stones is committed to the high quality and integrity of our work. All of our pieces come with an included two year minimum warranty from the date of purchase. This includes the stones and setting of the piece. Warranties may be honoured for longer than the standard two years by discretion of management. After the standard two years warranty has passed, we will still fix any damaged jewellery only charging the cost of repair to us.

Certain exclusions apply to this warranty due to the nature of some stones and settings.

Center stones that are not warrantied from chemical damage or rough wear are: Pearls, Emeralds, Opals, Jade, Coral, Ammolite, Malachite, Amber, Turquoise, and Lapis Lazuli. These stones require special care and are not meant for wear in all conditions. However, all of these stones will still be covered under our cost-to-repair policy as described above.
Some of our imported Italian gold pieces also have exclusions. Due to their fine handworked designs and unique craftsmanship, a damaged piece can become irreparable. We vow to always try our best to assist in fixing these pieces.

Our most important policy is to treat each case individually. No two jewellery pieces are the same and no two owners are either. Listening to and understanding your story is our commitment.
